Chizuru Shiina, an earnest honor student, is shunned by her classmates for her strong sense of justice, but she begins to have fond feelings for Tsukino, the only teacher who will protect her. Then one day, she hears from another teacher, Taimura, that Tsukino has been embezzling school money.
