When Kimito enters that school, something good happens to him: he suddenly meets five girls. These five girls have something Kimito doesn't understand. Each girl has circumstances where they can't be honest. Their "Heart's Wish" appears in their dreams in "Various shapes".

For the first time, Kimito strongly wishes to make new relationships.
