Suddenly, a mysterious tentacled life form from outer space invaded Earth.

Humanity faced the brink of extinction due to the invaders, "Barbarians," against whom all firearms were useless. However, the situation changed drastically with the appearance of "Magical Girls" who wielded supernatural powers.

The Barbarian attacks, which were once an "extraordinary" event, gradually became "ordinary," and people began to view the Magical Girl's life-or-death battles as mere entertainment, thinking, "The Magical Girl will take care of it, right?" ...without even trying to understand the feelings of the Magical Girl who fought for them.

One day, Michieda Suzuha, an ordinary high school girl, accidentally witnessed a Magical Girl crying and complaining, and she learned that the Magical Girl was not a perfect superhero, but an ordinary girl like her, someone who could be found anywhere.

Suzuha resolves to save a magical girl who fights alone... a girl named Kojina Sono.

She meets a doctor who shares her ideals and receives a battlesuit called "Magical Dress," a scientific recreation of a magical girl's abilities. As "Magical Girl Suzuha," she steps onto the battlefield to save the lonely girl.

But it was a battle of unimaginable cruelty.

In the fight against the Barbarians, her every orifice was assaulted by tentacles, her body constantly coated in white fluid. She was forced to endure an obscene pleasure she never wanted to feel.

[Suzuha] "Sono-chan! I came to save you!"
