GEARS of DRAGOON 3 -Ryuukoku no Regalia
A world where the land has been devastated by former calamities. Humanity was enjoying an era of prosperity, building towers and sky cities that reached to the stars. However, the imperial government, which rules the tower, treats those who remain on earth as unclean people and discriminates against and oppresses them.
The main character Kyle, born a terrestrial, met the legendary rebel dragon Riberio during a resistance movement against the imperial government, and inherited his power. When Kyle discovers that the tower is the source that sucks the life out of the stars and the mana out of the dragon's veins, he fights to reclaim the land where he can live freely.
